We have just installed a new hot tub as of 8/1/26.

Centrally located in the middle of chocolate factories, dozens of walkable restaurants, grocery, beer/liquor stores & just about everything you could ever need. If you like tubing there is a great little lazy float down Swatara Creek. Just run to Walmart or bring your own tubes.

Our new kitchen features an extraordinary coffee bar & everything you would hope to have in a home away from home.

Every bedroom has a flat screen TV. The house also features Golden Tee, and Galaga

The outdoor space includes a swimming pool that is HUGE! FYI-This pool has a “deep end” that is up to 8+’ deep. The outdoor space also includes an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area and putting green. Pool closed 10/12/26. Will reopen in April 2027

This is not a party house. It is in a little neighborhood and our neighbors are friendly. We ask that guests remain respectful with noise.

All linens and towels are included.

This is a newly remodeled existing home. Nearly everything in the house has been updated or replaced. Whole house HVAC sanitizing system.

You don’t need to bring most things. Bed linens and pool towels are included. Honestly, if you need something we will be surprised. The house is fully stocked but if you would like something special just ask and we will do our best! The coffee bar is more than reasonably stocked to get you started.

Propane is provided for the grill and fire pits.

The entire home and front/back yards except for the basement and owners' closet are available to guests

We live minutes away, but you will only see us if there is a problem. Electronic keypads will give you access to the home upon arrival.
